Returns
What products are eligible for returns?
- Desk frames: full refund issued if returned unassembled, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days.
- Desktops: desktops that are purchased with a desk frame are not eligible for return due to them being pre-drilled to specifically fit the desk frame pattern; meaning they can’t be reused. If desktops are purchased as a desktop only purchase, these are not predrilled to fit the desk, therefore if returned within 28 days in their original packaging and unused, a full refund will be issued.
- Accessories: full refund will be issued if returned unassembled, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days.
- Chairs: full refund issued if returned unassembled, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days.
- Sale items: all sale items are not eligible for return.
Damaged items:
- If products are delivered and appear to be damaged, please report this to info@healthyworkspace.co.uk within 48 hours. Please email this address with your name, address, an order reference, a description of the damage and any relevant images. Please make it clear what item is damaged if your order contained several items. We will then get back to you as soon as possible regarding refund/replacement or an alternative option. Please note that any damages reported more than 48 hours after the goods are delivered to you will not be authorised for return.
Refunds:
- Full refund
- If your return is authorised after being reported up to 28 days after you receive the goods, you will receive a full refund as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, unassembled and unused. As mentioned above, this doesn’t apply to desktops that have been purchased with a desk frame.
- Partial refund
- Where items have been assembled, used, or in the case of a desktop that has been purchased with a desk frame; a returns request can be made to info@healthyworkspace.co.uk . In this situation, each case will be reviewed individually, and a partial refund may be issued, however this is down to the absolute discretion of the supplier.
- Cost of returns
- The cost of returning the product/s to us is to be funded by the customer, and a refund will only be issued once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in the condition required. This is down to the supplier’s discretion.
Process:
- You decide to return your healthy workspace product.
- You email info@healthyworkspace.co.uk with your name, address, your order reference, what product from your initial order you are wishing to return and a reason for return.
- We will get back to you within 48 hours with further correspondence. We may need further information from you in order to complete the process.
- If your return request is declined, a refund will not be issued. We will inform you of this and provide you with any further assistance you require to make the best of your purchase.
- If you return request is approved, we will provide you with a returns number. This number is proof of approval and must be shown on the goods when they are returned to us. We will also inform you as to the total you will be refunded, subject to us receiving the goods in agreed condition.
- You will package up the goods in their original packaging and ship it back to us (at your cost) with the following details displayed clearly on the package:
- Your name
- Our name: Healthy workspace
- Our address: Unit 38, Mochdre Industrial Estate, Newtown, Powys, SY16 4LE
- Your unique returns number
- Your original order reference number
- We will receive the goods and inspect them to ensure they are undamaged and apply with our terms of return.
- If the goods are damaged or not as agreed prior to the returns number being provided, a refund will not be issued, and we will contact you with further steps you may need to make.
- If the goods are undamaged and as described in previous correspondence, you will receive a refund (the amount will have been agreed prior to the returns number being issued).
- You will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving and approving the returned goods.
